How many people fit on board

The boat has a capacity for 40 people. On our excursions we do not usually take more than 35, so that everyone has room to sit, move around and talk comfortably, and the same applies to a corporate event. Smaller teams work just as well: the boat is yours for the hours you book, whatever the headcount.

Half day or full day

You can hire Lady Virginia for a half day or a full day, and we build the timing around your agenda rather than the other way round. Teams that want a presentation on board usually sail earlier and use the anchored stop for the working part of the day; teams celebrating the end of a project tend to prefer the afternoon. Tell us what the day has to achieve and we will suggest a route and a schedule to match.

Where we sail from

All our departures leave from the Port of Sant Antoni de Portmany, on the west coast of Ibiza, where we have our ticket office. We will confirm the meeting point and the exact time when we close the details of your event, and it is worth putting that time on the invitation rather than the departure time: with a group of thirty people, one latecomer delays everybody.

Food and drink on board

Catering and an open bar are both available for corporate events, and what goes on the table is part of what we agree with you beforehand. On our regular excursions the bar includes water, soft drinks, beer, white wine, sangria and cava, with cold Spanish tapas such as Spanish omelette, fuet, cheese, olives, snacks and fruit, which gives you an idea of the starting point. If your event calls for something more formal, tell us and we will organise it. Let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements while we are planning, so that they can be taken into account.

What your guests can do during the trip

Between the working part of the day and the toasts there is time in the water. When we anchor, your guests can swim, snorkel and discover the marine life, or get on a paddle surf board and explore the coast at their own pace. There is a bathroom on board and a qualified crew looking after the boat throughout, so nobody in your team has to worry about the logistics.

What happens if the weather changes

The wind on the west coast of Ibiza is not in our hands. If conditions do not allow the planned route, we look for an alternative so that the event still goes ahead: a more sheltered stretch of coast, a different anchorage or an adjusted schedule. The captain decides the course on the day, with the comfort and safety of your guests as the first priority.
